Baking Day, October 4-11

So this was my first week of stocking the freezer instead of stocking the pantry. I don't think that I did too bad. Everything that I made was items from the freezer and/or pantry. I luckily did not have to go out and buy anything at all to make the following dishes:

1 large baking pan of porcupine meatballs.
Ingredients used: 3 pounds Venison hamburger, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of
long-grain rice, 1 onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

32 meatballs
Ingredients used: 3 pounds of Venison hamburger, 3 tablespoons garlic, 1 onion, Italian
Seasoning, Parsley, and some extra-virgin olive oil.

1 loaf of bread
Ingredients used: 3 cups of flour, 1 package of yeast, salt, shortening, sugar, water

BBQ Shredded Beef
Ingredients used: Roast Beef slices from the freezer, (left over from the wedding) 1
bottle of BBQ sauce, We used it on sandwiches and then froze the rest for another day.

1 dozen muffins

1 dozen pancakes

1 gallon of sliced potatoes ready to be baked for french fries

1 quart package of vegetable stirfry
Ingredients used: (Used juices from cooking down the leftover beef & what was left in the
pan after moving it over to a pot), stirfry sauce, and some mixed vegetables that were in
freezer. Will freeze for a day that we're running late or don't want to cook.
